Birth & Postpartum Doula Support

While a doula is typically described as someone who provides guidance before, during and after labor, I take on as many roles as is needed. My desire is for women to feel supported and empowered to be their best selves during their maternal journey.

Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Help finding a pediatrician

  • Clarifying insurance coverage

  • Registry support

  • Prenatal & postpartum massage

  • Home readiness

  • Newborn care instructions (Baby's needs as pertaining to bath time, swaddling, nursing support, etc.)

  • Doctor's visit attendance

  • Identifying support groups as needed (baby wearing, breastfeeding support, etc.)

  • Prenatal & postpartum nutritional meal planning

  • Recommendations for holistic methods (perineal stretching, placental encapsulation etc.)

  • Labor Preparation

  • Navigating hospital lingo and policies

  • Teaching you and your partner home support in early stages of labor, childbirth education, etc.

  • Postpartum mental health screening, support and referrals (if needed)

Packages

All Milf-Made packages include the care listed above as well as:

  • Initial Consultation (Virtual, 30 min)

  • Prenatal Visits (All virtual except for the last prenatal visit which is in-person)

  • Doctors Visit Attendance (in-lieu of a prenatal visit)

  • Phone Support 9am-9pm Mon-Fri

  • Labor Support & Attending your birth

  • 24 Hour On-Call Support: 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your due date.

  • "Mothering the Milf"

    Postpartum support for any new mom. Useful for nursing support, newborn care, aiding mom in recovery, light household help, etc.

    (Available for any mom. Purchase of a doula package is not required.)

    $65/hour (3 hour minimum)

    Made-to-order with ingredients to help boost breastmilk supply. Ready to bake. (makes approx. 1 dozen)
